With over 15 years of distinguished experience in warehouse management and logistics within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, I am currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Biological. E. Ltd. in Hyderabad. In this role, I oversee a dedicated team of 40 professionals at a state-of-the-art facility accredited by both USFDA and EU standards. My career journey includes pivotal leadership roles at renowned organizations such as Mylan Laboratories Ltd., Hospira Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd., where I played integral roles in managing greenfield projects and ensuring strict compliance with global regulatory frameworks.

My expertise spans across the spectrum of material management, workforce coordination, and the seamless execution of production schedules. I have successfully implemented advanced systems like SAP and WMS, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing inventory processes. My commitment to maintaining rigorous cGMP compliance has been instrumental in achieving operational excellence and meeting quality benchmarks consistently. I am particularly proud of my role in reducing non-moving inventory and implementing best practices that have streamlined operations and minimized costs.

Educationally, I hold a Master of Commerce and a Bachelor of Commerce from Andhra University, supplemented by a higher diploma in software engineering. These qualifications have equipped me with a robust understanding of business processes and technological solutions, allowing me to integrate modern advancements into traditional warehouse management practices effectively.
